Do I have to list the amount I have in the Bank or my Life Insurance on the I-134 form?

I thought with the K-1 you had to submit bank statements, along w/ letter of employment & paycheck stubs. I could double-check. I do know that you don't have to show Life Insurance.

I think as long as you make enough and you have the past 3 years tax returns, you don't need the bank statements

If you can get it, then I would send it. I just didn't want to give them ANY reason to blue slip me and ask for more informtation because they can do that.

If that's what the letter is asking for, then I would go with whatever the letter is asking for. I know some folks don't necessarily send in the stubs and letter of employment, but I would rather have it in case they ask for it, then not and get blue-slipped and waste precious time or give them a reason to scrutinize your file any more than they already do! I made plenty above the poverty line and I still sent the stuff in...just in case...Good luck LadyC!

This trip is going to be much better, he was only 3 last time and did not really understand everything.

Plus he ran away from me on the beach thinking he was funny

The cutest thing was the whole time leading up to the trip he kept saying he wanted to go to JA and drink coconut milk...

He was so ready the night we got to try some...
