My daughter was so into American Girl Dolls. They had one named Molly too. It was so fun to dress them up like you and stuff. American Girl Place in Chicago is the BOMB!!! You can have lunch or dinner with your dolls. It's so cool. Of course, you pretty much have to take out a loan to buy one of the damn things and their accessories.

GOOD AFTERNOON LADIES! Let me start off by saying The Lord is GOOD!!!!! I emailed the embassy AGAIN (like 6 times) and requested December 14th instead of the 18th (for fear the visa wouldn't be ready because of the holidays and plane tickets were through the roof).. And I just got a reply stating they changed it to the 14th!!!!

Thank you GOD! Praying is the only way to go! Man, we are busy, busy, BUSY these days Yardies, aren't we?! Any way, I just wanted to share my joy and to thank you all again.. because we all know what it feels like to be alone- Well, not anymore!! Bless you All!

That's why I like Barbie....$10 for the standard dolls & maybe $20 for the special editions in most cases (except the super fancy ones in the Barbie stores that go for a $100 or more because of the outfit)! I kinda wish I'd never sold my collection at a flea market...I bet they'd actually be worth something today. The lady that bought them all for maybe $20-40 knew that though!

Hey ladies blessing to all that is interviewing this week...

Time has changed so much it is literally a shark tank when it comes to job searching in NYC either it's a whole bunch of fluff or they are requesting a BA to be a receptionist, I will be dammed if I do years of college to be a receptionist! This whole process has been so annoying. I interviewed with this job on Nov.9th it went really well but a week later I did not hear from them so I thought hey maybe they went with another candidate a day later they called me back and asked for a writing sample which I sent them. Now another week passed and I still have not heard nothing it’s been like 3 weeks since the interview I sent a follow up letter last week and got no response. I am so confused I know the person who is leaving the company is not leaving until the end of the month but I mean at least give a response I think that is so rude... anyways I felt like the job was mines when I interviewed and I’m trying to stay positive and think well it is very easy for them just to respond back and say they gave the position to another candidate so maybe I’m still in the run idk but I am getting so discouraged... **okay rant ova**

I know its stressful trust me but if that gig is mean to be yours it will be Sis! Just keep the faith the right position soon come

It was hard for her Q I had to go over her house on Friday to give her reassurance. But come Sat when the movers came to get her things she was ready to go. I’m so proud of her she just don’t know. I know it will be hard in the beginning but I’m sure in time she’ll be o.k. at least I pray so.

I am proud of her too and you are right with time she will be able to to everything behind her and feel free to let go and move forward!

I know the feeling Newly- I gave my work 2 weeks notice to go work for another hospital which was offering better pay, more hours.. After i finished my 2 weeks at my current job, the new place tells me they have a hiring freeze! WTH! And my old job was not too happy with me because I hadn't been there that long so they refused to hire me back... And Tina was left UNEMPLOYED FOR 6 MONTHS! It's really bad in RI too- our state's at it's highest in unemployment HISTORY... Try not to get too discouraged.. just keep looking out.. It's bad everywhere I think
