I have no idea...guess we really aren't stressed about is since we are together. He will get his card when he gets his card I guess. There is no really good timeline to go off of....looks like they are all over the board.

Im starting to come to the realization that my wedding is a month and a few days away Im so glad to have a supportive family. My step mother and father are taking care of our wedding attire. My step mother already has purchased the dress of my choice so now I have to go try it on tomorrow. She also purchased my daughter and sister their dresses. They are just guests but she wanted to do something nice for them. My father will be taking Steve and my son, to purchase their suits tomorrow. Steve insists my son be his best man and so it shall be! My father also insisted he book a weekend at the Poconos for us so he booked it for New Years weekend 1/01 to 1/03, which I told him he didn't need to do. Im SO blessed and happy to have so much support. Now I just need to find shoes

Gurl this one is a quicky ceremony (10 - 15 minutes) . I would much rather you come to the renewal of our vows ceremony in Oct 2010...this will give you some time. Me finding shoes is a joke. I can't wear heels so this should be fun. I rather walk down in flip flops! *looking at Tre and JG*

MsTee me neither. I can't wear them things to save my life. Sometimes I'm happy when I see ladies limping or taking off their shoes I stand there nice and comfy like I'm so happy I don’t have that problem but then when I see a sharp pair of heels or I wear a outfit and I know heels would have set it off t hen I'm disappointed I can't wear them.

GOOD AFTERNOON LADIES! Let me start off by saying The Lord is GOOD!!!!! I emailed the embassy AGAIN (like 6 times) and requested December 14th instead of the 18th (for fear the visa wouldn't be ready because of the holidays and plane tickets were through the roof).. And I just got a reply stating they changed it to the 14th!!!!

Thank you GOD! Praying is the only way to go! Man, we are busy, busy, BUSY these days Yardies, aren't we?! Any way, I just wanted to share my joy and to thank you all again.. because we all know what it feels like to be alone- Well, not anymore!! Bless you All!

Didn’t care for her outfit too much but I did feel her in the song. You see she did get a standing ovation. I have listened to that song on her CD. It makes me think of my mom all the time. After being married to my dad she has moved out and got her own place after 36 years of marriage. She thought she couldn’t do it but she did and I think of her when I listen to that song. I told her this weekend I was so proud of her I love her new place. It did feel funny going back to my childhood home and seeing all the furniture gone. Momma was no joke she took everything!! My dad is in Kansas City so when he returns I wonder how he’ll feel seeing everything gone. Will it mek him resent some of his decisions he made or will he be o.k. with it? I guess when he returns tomorrow I’ll know.
