11/06/2009 receive advance parole papers.. no email, no updates beforehand..

11/16/2009 After 2 WEEKS of checking the mail thinking the EAD and AP come about the same time, we get the "card production ordered" email for the EAD.. better late than never.. thank you LORD!!!

11/19/2009 receive another email stating "card production ordered"

11/23/2009 receive EAD!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

11/30/2009 bittersweet interview, but WE ARE APPROVED

12/02/09 social security card in mail

i caught the new RAY J last night, as he whine bout dis girl that have slept w/ his homeboy..

Afternoon Yardies!

Who was in the room last year when I went to David's Bridal with my friend to pick out her dress...she's a size 6 and the store employee walks up to me and said...oh nooooooooo u big girl, really big big girl, u come with me to big girl section...I saw her yesterday in the supermarket and u know she remembered me. I guess it was the look I gave her last year. Had to nerve to ask me if my friend liked the dress.

One friend on FB posted that Warrior King had to stop the tour because he got real sick with flu or something. Hope that he gets well in time to make that date.

I started getting them when I was about 14 years old. It is scary at first but then you get used to it. It feels like something or someone is holding you down and you can see around you but you cannot move, scream or anything.

I'm going to the spa for some much needed rest! Some times weekends and holidays don't allow you enough time to just be still and relax. I have to return to work on Monday but it will be a short 3 day week and off again next Thursday and Friday, so maybe I can get it together after the days off! :thumbs:

if my lunch does not arrive in the next 2 seconds, i am going to murder someone....

Lawd, don't hurt nobody. I remember that feeling though..I used to start having really negative thoughts if someone took one minute too long with my food.

This weekend I intend to enroll Ja in Karate bcos some kids keep picking on her. Thanksgiving Ja and I are going to Larry Rice shelter in the morning to drop off my turkey (tradition) and then coming back home and cooking with hubby.

Where is Sea Star since mi no know much bout dem I saw the pics and love them...and homie cut aff his hair

Sea Star is on the West End, about 400 yards off the main road on the opposite side from the cliffs - it's a small property, only 16 rooms - but so pretty - our room had a gorgeous high ceiling with a ceiling fan and a king size bed, every balcony has a hammock on it, they have free breakfast in the am and a great happy hour - the people are all so nice, it's owned by a Canadian man and his Jamaican wife - So so great -

I ditto everything Sus said! it was FABULOUS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

~ 11/06/08 K-1 visa was denied and a 2 year ban placed on our file

~ 02/09/10 married my best friend
