Lawny mi nah laugh...When I move into a new place I bun out every corner. I go old school with my Florida Water and Blue and Insence and read my Psalms. When ever I do to a funeral I spin my roll before I go into my house. I guess my granny put all dem fear in me. But sometimes thats the only explanation for things.

thanks C if you hear or know of anything i can do hit me up i am willing to try anything to sleep in peace...here is a story TRUE STORY..when i lived at my old apartment one night fat was like 1 yr he woke up in the middle of the night open my room door and was walking down the hallway...i called him a few times and he did not even look around he just walked to the front door and tried to open it so i ran after him and grabbed him he started pointing at something outside and was crying for me to open the door i called my hubby he said "MOVE OUT NOW" i was like why he said "they tried to get fat to follow them" needless to say i live in a new place and have been since then

My girlfriend from Guyana when she purchased her new home walked into the house with her huge bible threw it up in the air and let it hit the hardwood floor 3 times I was standing there with my mouth open she said it's will frighten the jumbi dem and rund em out and when she had he kids she had red peas everywhere all over the crib under the crib in the carseat the stroller -- don't get me started.

HAHAHA I never heard of the red peas thing before. I know about the coconut broom over the door with raw rice. I also know about the red and white lavender under the babies feet and the you use it to make the sign of the cross on the forehead...I have seen alot of things done. But since a god mi serve I dont believe half of those stuff

Yeah...but growing up in a West Indian household u know how it goes and my grandmother raised me, most time I would laugh...a few years ago there was a funeral in Duncans and as they were going up the steps the handle on the casket broke...GIRLLLLLLL let me tell you...I've never seen people run so fast in my life -- I felt bad for laughing, but it was so damn funny people were running out of all the doors at the church...the lady that was being laid to rest was a rebel and she lived long 101 when she passed on she was so mean to everyone and people said she didn't want to die that's why she jump out her coffin...

Sheeka u might know the church in Duncans the steps are steep well the coffin bruck up and end up at the bottom of the steps not even the woman's family was in the church they all ran outside

Red/black strings on their arms or asafeseta wrap in a blue cloth and pinned to their clothes. When I fist too my daughter to Guyana (GT) my granny made me take her to a lady for a bath she said people will put badeye on her. I saw something like what Fat did once. But it was after the childs mother came from a funeral and they said the mother broth the spirit home with her.

Okay LadyC so you have seen a lot of things done to scare aways spirits...explain to me why my husband thinks throwing some white rum around will scare them off. Or is it just to make them drunk and they will leave us alone. LOL!

We haven't even gotten the EAD card in the mail yet. We moved at the same time it was approved and I told the post office to hold our mail. I went yesterday to pick it up and they said there was nothing for us. So I have to call the supervisor. Did Roger get his?

well fat has only been to one funeral and that was my hubby's granny but this has been happening before that i even had him blessed because my hubby insisted

yes that's where my hubby's granny funeral was kept i did not go in the church but they still have not fixed the steps

It's kind of ironic. I just saw the movie "The Fourth Kind" and they pretty much depicted what you are saying. It was alien abduction, though. I'm not sure I believe in that sort of thing. But, this was a documentary (really) of sorts. And, it made me believe they at least believed. And, it made me question a whole lot of things.

Well I had a friend pass when Marley was probably about 6 months and she was very close to me during my pregnancy. One day when we were in walmart, in an aisle by ourselves, Marley says Hi Jessica. And I am like what are you talking about. She says there is Jessica and I am like no one is here. So needless to say I was a bit freaked out. And that happened more than once.

HECK NO GIRL.. we had been looking in vain.. from other timelines.. u usually get the card 10 days after u get the email. so yours should be here any day now..

but we just got approved monday.. so im not expecting it till right b4 the interview.. well we've went this long w/ him not working, we can go a lil longer.. he has been able to help out a friend of mine w/ some home improvements and get a lil mula here and there w/ that..

i still have been putting in job applications tho.. you never know, MAYBE the employer will be so smitten w/ him they will wait on the ead???? lol
