You are something else Tre! Wish I would have known that trick some years back when I wanted to have some neighbors move out.

dillon; I think he freaked out because most people are use to seeing 666, but I changed it to 696 so he was petrified and afraid of me...he refused to get on the elevator with me so instead of waiting for the next elevator he walked up 8 flights of stairs...I mean come on, who the hell ask someone for a damn toothpick, he's asked for sugar, flour, washing soap or bathsoap, lotion, babyoil, hangers, iron, starch shoe polish the list goes on...if I'm not home he'll leave a huge note on the door -- I was about to file charges against him because he was scaring me, but my idea worked better.

ms Sheka this happened to me a few times. That is why I cannot sleep on my back!! I agree with ur hubby though

Wow!!! I knew I wasn't the only one. I have these sometimes, when my insomnia acts up and I haven't had any sleep a few days in a row. Wake up feeling lost. Looking around thinging where am I and how did I get here in these clothes. I know exactly what you are going through. My insomnia was under control for a few years, but has recently come back with a harh return. I haven't had any of the sleep paralysis yet though Thank God. Would probably freak my hubby out. and anyone else for that matter.

I had to do a sleep study to get my diagnosis, did you undergo one of them?

No mamajew my doctor says based on the symptoms i have and how i get them its sleep paralysis and there is no treatment for it..hence why my hubby say its a spiritual thing because its something a doctor would not be able to treat

they say get more sleep but when you know whats going to happen when you fall asleep or when you try to wake up TRUST ME you DON'T SLEEP!

sis; when I'm really stressed or tired is when it happens or if I'm worry about something...sometimes I have to fight to breath.

I don't either and i have to make sure i can see clearly with both eyes before i fall asleep that's the only way i get some sleep if fat is in front of me or if i cover one of my eyes or my face is halfway into the pillow i can forget about sleeping

Lawny mi nah laugh...When I move into a new place I bun out every corner. I go old school with my Florida Water and Blue and Insence and read my Psalms. When ever I do to a funeral I spin my roll before I go into my house. I guess my granny put all dem fear in me. But sometimes thats the only explanation for things.

i am so sorry for freaking everyone out today but it happened yesterday and my memory was messed up and things went crazy today, i could not remember anything that happened after i went to sleep yesterday(during the day)

let me know if you want me to stop but i have had this for a while and yesterday was the worse i have ever experienced my hubby is convinced that ghosts are playing around with me..he does not think its a medical condition

after the experience yesterday i felt speechless i was just quiet and serious (feeling like i was not myself ) i would start to do something and then i would just stop and sit down and forget what i was doing...then after a few hours i felt very weak and i called my hubby at work and he told me just to pray and try to sleep again and i woke up just fine this time but i could not remember what i did before i went to sleep

My girlfriend from Guyana when she purchased her new home walked into the house with her huge bible threw it up in the air and let it hit the hardwood floor 3 times I was standing there with my mouth open she said it's will frighten the jumbi dem and rund em out and when she had he kids she had red peas everywhere all over the crib under the crib in the carseat the stroller -- don't get me started.

HAHAHA I never heard of the red peas thing before. I know about the coconut broom over the door with raw rice. I also know about the red and white lavender under the babies feet and the you use it to make the sign of the cross on the forehead...I have seen alot of things done. But since a god mi serve I dont believe half of those stuff
