LOL, Philly - does he make saltfish with spaghetti? I love when DJ does that - can't wait to have it soon!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

HMMM Sus nope but he would love it, I have cut out pasta too LOL. I'll mention that to him today I am sure he would be thrilled with this recipe :thumbs:

I can't vouch for exactly how he makes it - But he chopped up onions, peppers, and tomatoes - one scotch bonnet - sauteed them in a pan with some oil - added in the saltfish and spaghetti (uncooked) with a little water, covered and cooked until the spaghetti was done - kept stirring and adding a bit of water if it dried out

oh I was totally thinking to add it to the sauce instead of just the spaghetti LOL but that sounds good too :thumbs:
