We had a fun weekend, too.

Friday - Good Hair

Saturday - Pre-Marital workshop. Later, free burrito @ Chipotle's since we wore foil

Sunday - Comedy Club

Today, Steven had his first ever dentist appointment. The dentist couldn't believe how healthy his teeth were considering he'd never been to a dentist before. I guess it's from the small amount of sugar people typically eat in Jamaica, compared to America.

That's excellent. I added about $700 more next year to my healthcare flexible spending account anticipating lots of dental work.

Well, my bubble just burst. Maddie failed her test and is not available for adoption. I'm heartbroken. First of all, they left her in that cage for the last 4 months for no reason if she isn't adoptable. 2nd, they are going to put her down now....I know that. I fell in love with that dog. I started to tear up when the gal called.

A friend of mine just talked me down off that ledge and said leave work early and go find yourself a dog. He said I've been so happy all weekend in anticipation and had my heart set on Maddie. He said I won't be happy if I don't. This is the one person who knows me best and he's right. So, I am leaving at 2 to see if I bond with another. I'll be happy and I'll have saved a dog from who knows what.

They had a special running the last few weeks in Oct. 1/2 price for the adoption fees. They offered it to me with Maddie cause I couldn't take her home in Oct. I'm going to see if they will extend it till today in light of the circumstances. Wish me luck.

Thanks Dillon,

I used to when I was younger, I couldnt even let light into the room. I was maybe 8 or 9.

But now they come on and off. I work in the traumatic brain injury field and i research things and I frequently read that 75% of Americans do not drink enough water. Even the CIGNA Behavioral web site authors referenced this statement by B. Levine, Hydration 101: The Case for Drinking Enough Water. This same website claimed that dehydration was a major cause of headaches. My clinical experience confirms that many of my patients with headaches are also not drinking adequate amounts of water.

I know this weekend I didnt drink enough

But to answer you queston no I dont get them alot. maybe now once every month or two. Big decrease.

Are you overly tired of stressed? I woke up with one yesterday. A nap did the trick.

That is really interesting...I am going to have to start drinking more water. Not that I get headaches a lot or anything.

So get to drinking JQ!
