I don't want to sound stupid (bet I already do =) ), but I worry so much! I have just received my NOA2 Today! (Thanks to the step-by-step guides and examples)

I am now on the I-134 Form but..... Me and my fiance are super confused on how to fill it out (even with the instructions etc) I want to be 100% sure that we fill it out correctly!

My fiance is the American Citizen, I am a British Citizen (beneficary)

My fiance doesnt meet the 125% Income requirement so his dad will be the co-sponsor... Is it him or hsi father that fills out the I-134 form? I have seen examples of the I-134 but, I dont know the peoples names that they have filled the form out with. Basically I want to know whos name goes in what section! Because we need a co-sponsor we have no idea where to even start filling it out :(

I love step-by-step guides. That way I can tick off everything I need. There isnt one for I-134 I believe. Can anyone also list EXACTLY what I need to do from here on? What evidence that I must gather, or If i need to call the NVC etc.

Thanks for any advice given ^__^

Both your fiance and his father will send the I-134 form separately .

Also, the example forms section of this site pretty much spells out how to fill out the forms.

Both.

  • The US Citizen/Fiancé will need to complete the I-134 and supply any/all needed supporting documents (i.e., Tax Returns, W-2's, etc). Regardless of income.
  • The Co-Sponsor will need to complete an I-134 as well (and supply needed supporting documents).

Would you have the link to that information? :)

Also, check in the regional forum under the UK in reference to question 11 on the I-134. I just posted something there and got some great feedback.

Link please? :)
