We recieved an email dated OCT.13,2009 stating, approval of relative immigrant visa petition. We will appreciate any help. Need to know what will happen next. I would like to go the CR1 route.

"Application Type: I130 , IMMIGRANT PETITION FOR RELATIVE, FIANCE(E), OR ORPHAN

Current Status: Approval notice sent.

On October 13, 2009, we mailed you a notice that we have approved this I130 IMMIGRANT PETITION FOR RELATIVE, FIANCE(E), OR ORPHAN. Please follow any instructions on the notice. If you move before you receive the notice, call customer service at 1-800-375-5283."

No need to do that. It can also backfire on you. Just ignore anything to do with any I-129F petition filed for a spouse is the better course.
