Hey everyone!

Part 7 on the travel document form says we should include a separate sheet of paper explaining why my husband is entitled to get a travel document.

What should we include exactly? He's here on an M1 visa and we would like to visit his parents in January...

Keep in mind - a lot of these forms (the I-131 included) have multiple uses (e.g., Advance Parole, Re-entry permit, etc.) and folks in different situations filing them.

If you were including this AP along with your AOS (I-485 etc) for example, you wouldn't really need to include a separate sheet in/for Part 7. If for some reason, you've already filed AOS/I-485 but didn't file the I-131, you'd need to attach a copy of the NOA1 for the I-485 (again, for example...). :star:
