Right now, yes. They intubated him. Age of viability doesn't always equal age of optimal survival. At the best, he'll probably have some serious delays. (And end up in a foster care system that isn't really equipped to handle children like him, so he'll probably be institutionalized but that's neither here nor there. Because people like his birth mom don't want abortions -- they actually think that they can take care of their children.)

people like his mom should be sterilized.

But intelligent, thoughtful people like myself can't choose to abort? Aren't you against government interference, anyway? :P
