Why is it that the left starts sounding like Clinton at the Lewinsky trail when abortion is brought up. "It depends on what the meaning of the word 'is' is. If the--if he--if 'is' means is and never has been, that is not--that is one thing. If it means there is none, that was a completely true statement....Now, if someone had asked me on that day, are you having any kind of sexual relations with Ms. Lewinsky, that is, asked me a question in the present tense, I would have said no. And it would have been completely true." Who cares what the legal definiton of murder or baby is when at the heart of this whole debate is the concern we have for the fetus/baby. Some word technicality is not enough for me to think its ok.

I have a question for pro lifers, when is abortion a better option and why?

Why is it that conservatives are all for personal freedom, except when it comes to their own body?

What does some prioritized list of when or not an abortion is a good decision going to do? It is a personal decision that effects nobody but the person making it.

I say do whatever you want. Just don't let it affect someone else. Ex. killing someone.

What you do to yourself may or may not be a good thing, but it is your body (well it belongs to God if you're a "fundamentalist"), and you can do what you want with it. Including choosing to bring a baby into it. but you have a responsibility to the child at that point.

At the point of live birth, this is true.

Ah so its not live before that milisecond?

Isnt it sicking how they justify it because it was milisecond earlier and magically its all about the womans rights and not the fetus.

Thus far, its only you and Joe who seem to be justifying this interpretation. ;)

Wishing you ten-fold that which you wish upon all others.

Webster's would disagree with you. Unless that is also invalid as a resource now?

Perhaps you need a bigger dictionary there, Joe.

Which is why third trimester abortions are very, very rare. Again, this comes from a biological definition you are confusing for a political one. Which is really... weird.

Why does it matter if its rare, you will still take the same stand.

I guess you're selectively remembering that in this very thread (and others) I've stated my personal opinion on abortion.

You presume way too much. Something you have done previously and gotten pwned on repeatedly. Why is this?

I have a question for pro lifers, when is abortion a better option and why?

When the woman doesn't want to go through with the pregnancy and the associated bodily changes.

So were going to end a baby's life so the woman doesnt have to go thru the associated bodily changes, sad very sad.

We're not, she is - for reasons of her own.

We already discussed the reasons, associated bodily changes, that said she makes that decision, sad very sad. Knowing the reason you stated how can you honestly tell me that she made the right decision. Its laughable. I know its her decision but you cant have your own opinion?

What bearing does this have on the issue?

Isn't it assumed that women are well aware of the implications of pregnancy?

I don't understand what you're trying to prove here. My opinion has ####### all to do with that of the woman - something you consistently fail to understand.

What I said might be "a" reason, but its not the only one - and I don't see why you're trying to make it my responsibility to provide every reason under the sun.

All of this merely illustrates that you fundamentally misunderstand that the right to "choose" is just that.
