To act like this is the only two things that could happen is ridiculous. Some people would choose to have the baby rather than the other options. Point being is you have 50 people who want a abortion, some of them can afford to go elsewhere others are not afraid to go underground but what about those people who who dont meet either criteria? Not all 50 people are going to have a abortion, the rate would go down and the argument the first part of this article is trying to make is a joke.

Yes some women have the baby, who knew!

I don't see how that disproves the assertion made in the article...

What do you mean it hasn't been tried? Are you stupid or just ignorant?

What the hell are you talking about?

Lovely. An all male discussion about female rights. Keep at it boys.

If only it was just about a womans right. ;)

Hey! Can't blame me for wanting you guys to fight damnit, I am bored. :hehe:

And it is, still, a woman's right to choose. Would I exercise that right? I don't know. But as of today, that's my prerogative according to the law.

I guess if its a woman's right to murder her's and the father's child. Then its a woman's issue.

As usual, Joe chimes in with his zero comprehension level.

You need to read more Simpson. Seriously, you don't seem to understand the historical perspective of this issue at all and without that you make absurd statements, like what happens to those who are to afraid to seek an abortion when it's illegal.

Legally it is, go cry in a corner.

Hey i don't deny that. I'm just saying..

I also agree with you about birth control. Spend the @!%^^ out of birth control to stop pregnancies to people who would abort them.

Perhaps where you come from babies are physically dependent on the father's body during gestation.

You don't have a tangible claim over a woman's body just because she's pregnant with your child. The reason you don't have that claim - is because it amounts to slavery.

Who's the voice for the child? The child doesn't get to choose.

And women have used children to enslave men for the longest time (once they are born).. Can the father choose not to have it if the woman wants it? Don't think so.

You just broke my heart. No, not really. The law is pretty clear. You don't have to like it.

I guess you wouldn't like the law if it allowed for the abortion of 2 year olds too. Technically no baby is viable. It depends on the parent even after birth. Can't live on its own.

So your point is that you are not going to address the issue in the article because you dismiss it's entire premise?

The child (or the father) doesn't get to choose because the child is wholly dependent on the mothers body and biological processes.

This is a lot less complicated than you're trying to make it out to be.

Furthermore it doesn't "imply" it says it directly, from what the researchers identified in the survey.
