I will go out on a limb here and say I don't believe it has ever been a stutute on the books of any country that I can think of. Simply put, killing a fetus has never been considered murder and I don't think that definition is ever going to end up on any statute book.

I should clarify that it is considered murder should the fetus be killed against the wishes of the mother. A legal nicety but an important one.

I know that what someone has written for you to feel better about killing a baby is all you care about. You redefine something, and then say "Whats the definition?".

Firstly, as has been explained innumerable times it isn't and it isn't.

Secondly, the only one bringing emotional arguments into this is you - trying to handwring over some sort of holocaust of the unborn. Biology is biology - men cannot bear children because they don't have the plumbing, therefore the social and legal rights pertaining to the rights women have over their bodies and that of a pregnancy are not and cannot be equivalent.
