I think it has passed the NVC stage cos the approved petition was dated 19th September, 2009, said it would get to the Nigeria/US Consulate General in Lagos in a week time. No reply from Lagos yet. :help:

So what's your question? :blink:

Well I'm guessing Oyinda is worried that there's been no contact yet from the US Consulate in Lagos. Have you contacted them Oyinda? Anyone know how long Lagos generally takes to contact K1 applicants?

11-30-2009 Green Card Interview (Centennial, CO)

12-08-2009 Green Card received

01-28-2011 Our daughter is born (the other happiest day of my life)!

11-21-2011 Filed for Removal of Conditions

12-28-2011 Biometrics appointment (Aurora, CO)

u should call the nvc and see if they have sent the case to the embassy ...........sometimes they dont send them out right away and its better to ask if it sent before contacting the embassy........hope that helps
