my sister died today, she was married for 30 months and her husband is from ireland. his greencard expires in may 2010 and he has to apply for his new green card in december 2009.... with his wife , my sister dying what can he do to have the new green card issued and not have to be told he has to leave the united states and return to ireland...advice are truly appreciated,tnx..
