Your baby looks so cute on facebook I bet your hubby is so excited to finally come and be with his family. Im still waiting its almost over though. Did you get his completion papers yet?

So no release on Oct. 1 for you either? It sucks in what there doing. The DS-3032 is the choice of agent that way you can have all the papers sent to you instead of Egypt. They perfer you to have someone in the states as the world mail is not reliable.

Hi everyone. I'm USC, just had a baby and i'm in a middle of NVC processing. Does anyone know what kind of papers do need to send to add my baby to the petition? :help:

i just had my baby 4 months ago in the philippines. what i did was i went to the us embassy and got papers to get a u.s passport and consular report of birth abroad. and then from there the embassy will tell what to do next. hope that will help u

Thx.I did send DS-3032, i just thought its something else. Ahmed will be release on October 31 :dance: , can't wait to finish all this.

If the baby was born in the US, the child is a citizen of Us; if the child was born abroad to a USC, the child is also considered a USC under immigration laws, however it has to be reported to the relevant authorities. No additional paperwork needed.

I think baby will be listed on I-864, or at least counted as part of the household - have a look ?
