What's the deal with USCIS to NVC

I gave them my and my wife's email address. Will they notify us by email when DS3032 is generated? Is that when I am to email DS3032?

If that NVC Tele-Operator took the email addresses over the phone, then WAIT. yer gonna get a 'DS-3032 kit' sent to both email addresses, which will have a fee bill (for 70 bucks ) and a DS-3032 and some barcode. Should be a few days, but might be up to 10.

Congrats on your NOA2. Looks like its taking about 2 weeks to get stuff loaded into NVC's system. Yours should be anytime now.

On the other hand, our K3 (129 F) which was approved the same day as 130 hasn't yet loaded into the system yet.

I am really thinking about taking the quickest route, doesn't matter if I have to deal wth Adjustment of status later...

Congrats... Soon things will start movin for you... Make sure you gave them your e-mail address and keep checking for the AOS fee and 3032

Christeen - I just emailed DS3032 as suggested in Ling_Chi_Shortcut. Actually i used the same format and everything..Remember the draft that I had saved came handy

Who... wait-a-minute (sorry couldent help the irony) But seriously.... You jumped the gun here!!!! It is useless to send the 3032 until they have technically "generated it"... It will be ignored unless they are ready to accept it... Just haveing the NVC# is not enough, they have to ask for the documents....

For anyone confused the formula is this

Petitioner = Get NVC # + receive AOS fee bill + pay 70$ online + wait to show paid + print cover sheet + send 854 AOS with all documents and case # written on each page

Benificerary = Get NVC# + receive 3032 + send 3032+ 3032 accepted + IV fee bill available to be paid + pay and wait to show paid + print IV cover sheet + mail 230 package with all original/certified documents

======= wait for case complete + wait for interview to be scheduled

Just got my NVC case number...so huzzah for that.

Learned last night that I'll have to fly 3000 miles to Montreal for the interview though...and that it's probably going to be several months before that time.

Ah well. Each step is a step closer, right?

I talked to NVC rep and she said that "it will not hurt but then it will not help either". It will need to be sent when asked for which could be sometime within 4 weeks.

Nevermind.. I wasn't trying to prepare a personal attack - but in the meantime - WAIT ! If you don't have a DS-3032 kit in yer email from NVC, call NVC back, give them yer email addresses again, and WAIT !

Before you do that click make sure you've put there your case number

Aww, POE was ok but the changing flights (Heathrow) was quite an experience Will never fly with British anymore... I used to love Air France but since their planes started crushing a lot this year, I decided in not taking the risk How're things with you?

Yea, I will. Just called NVC and still not there. Dang it.. I feel like taking the next flight there..

That makes 4 of us with similar time line waiting to dive into NVC's system. Lets keep each other posted with the progress..

Chris, did you have to mention Ari France,? that is the airline Im stepping on to in 7 days, UGH!!! LOL Things are good, nerves are kicking in due to interview so close, we want and pray for this day to come, and when it does, one is still not totally prepared for it.
