Notarized Affadavid of Support

Timeline

I was reading this - http://mumbai.usconsulate.gov/media/pdf-vi...packet_4_k3.pdf

While reading it, I read this - Note: Only U.S. consular officers, DHS officers and U.S. notaries are authorized to notarize form I-134.

I'm confused, does that mean i have to have the affadavid of support notarized before the interview, or will the consular notarize the affadavid of support during the interview?

If i have to have it done before the interview, will the notary in the bank be enough to work?

It's just an out of date website. Affidavits of support have been updated and no longer need notarization.

Facts are cheap...knowing how to use them is precious...

heh, one would figure with all the fees and issues involved in this whole rediculous process that they would be responsible enough to keep their website updated regularly...
