“...Isn't it splendid to think of all the things there are to find out about? It just makes me feel glad to be alive--it's such an interesting world. It wouldn't be half so interesting if we knew all about everything, would it? There'd be no scope for imagination then, would there?”

Sama--

please do keep us posted about your progress--I'm going to be interviewing at Abu Dhabi myself (well, my wife is) and I am getting increasingly nervous about the sudden and unexpected delay in interview scheduling for Abu Dhabi. Please let us know if you get an interview scheduled soon. Thanks!

Ok it seems that my husband is an active Vjer. He's getting a bit faster than I am now and making it a bit confusing for you guys. He and I both have made posts on VJ. Sooooooooooooo to clarify................... I am a US Citizen residing in Texas USA. He in an Indian Citizen currenlty residing in UAE. He will be interviewing in UAE and we will keep everyone posted on the progress. To avoid any confusion I will close all my posts with SAMA and he will with SADAKAT.

Btw which country are you supposed to list in your profile? The nationality of your spouse or where they will be interviewing at? I didn't think there was any other Vjers for UAE close to our timeline but it looks like they are listed under other countries

Please advise, At what embassy are U supposed to have your interview, Ghana or ... Dakar, .....???

This is been a long wait, since April, I can't believe it.

Sorry to take forever to respond. No, we did not get an interview date. The interview will be in Accra, Ghana. I have contacted the NVC and USEM over and over again, as well as my senator and any other connections that may benefit us. We are continually told to just wait. It's total ####### and there is nothing we can do about it.
