APPROVED !!!!! (59 days from 3rd NOA1, 5 months & 26 days from I-129F sent). I'm so happy and relieved :dance: :dance: :dance: :dance: :dance: :dance:

1/12/2015 - Application sent to Phoenix service center by USPS priority mail

1/16/2015 - NOA date (hard copy received 1/22)

Good luck Monday, lilac! I'm actually in transite to Rio right now, for our interview on Tuesday. Epic layover - 9 hours. My laptop's down to 42% so I'm going to sign off for now. We're checking out of the hotel before the interview, I think. I'll update the lists on the 6th or so, and hopefully we'll have Caveman's interview date in there :)

M&H - I'm hopeful that with your negative early tests, your septum tests will also be negative and you can get your interview date :)

keydymenro - any updates? Are you gonna try to make them waive the fee?

Just one quick question. I know he's not supposed to sign the 156-k cause it says right on there, but is he supposed to sign the other forms before he sends them to the embassy?? Sorry for being a pain. Just trying to get everything squared away.

1/8/08- Met at Disney world

05/08- He came to meet my family

6/08- I went back to CO and he went back to NI

08/4/08- Went to meet his family in Ireland

12/14/08- Gave up and moved to Ireland!!!

07/6/09- Tourist Visa ran out and I had to go back to the states

09/23/09- He came to visit and asked me to marry him! yay!

10/14/09- He went home :(

10/28/09- I-129F mailed

11/4/09- Check Cashed!!!

11/8/09- NOA1 Hard Copy received

2/2/10- NOA2 Email received!!!

2/8/10- NOA2 Hard Copy Received!!!!

2/22/10- Packet 3 received (kind of)

5/28/10- Packet 4 Recieved

6/29/10- Medical Passed!

6/30/10- Interview APPROVED!!!

Hi everyone,

Congratulations to all the new approvals and entries. I've been away visiting my love in Kenya. We had the medical and interivew while I was there. We got a blue slip at the interview and nothing was checked on it. The officer said to us, "Everything looks great. Provisionally your visa has been approved, one small check that remains, we will get back to you within 2 weeks." UGHHH!!! Our folder was a red one, while everyone else's was a creamy folder.

I totally think this has to do with my country of birth and his coutry of nationality. SOOO UNFAIR!!! I have come back sad and very worried. Please everyone pray that their final check is done within the 2 weeks.

We were approved, no problems (or cosponsorship!) :D

To celebrate, we saw Iron Man 2 at an IMAX theatre - bwuahaha, it was released in Brasil first. And it was AWESOME, and nearly made me late for my plane! I'm in Miami right now, and will update the list tomorrow.

Congratulations! Isn't it an awesome feeling to be on the other side! Now I am thinking I need to start reading AOS forums so I can get ready for that. Wow, 67 days until I get married and 57 days until the Love of my LIFE moves to Michigan.
