Kalay -

Here is the actual email I sent to them last week. I hope it gets you a touch at least if you write them !

Csc-NCSC-FollowUp@dhs.gov

I need clarification from the previous email from Officer Agorrilla.

>> " USCIS electronic records indicate that your application/petition was filed on October 22, 2009 and is not currently within our five processing time."

If the record is NOT in the five [ month?? ] processing time, then it must require a service request, as you mentioned in the email I quoted. It has been several months and I have heard nothing back from the USCIS. As a matter of fact, people I know have applied for the I-129F after me, but already been adjudicated.

Please let me know if there is further evidence required or information for me to provide to help process my I129F Fiancee form with USCIS. I have called the 1-800 NCSC hotline twice to speak with a customer agent. And am following up via email for a detailed response. I thank you for your time

Respectfully

hello just want to ask also, do you know the email add for VSC? tnx

Congratulations on your approvals, Krili and Liberty. Thanks K and L for the updated list. Sorry to hear that you guys had to postpone the interview until May. I'm depressed about my case, I have no idea why it's taking so long, every time my fiance calls, there is nothing other than a touch. I'm the last one waiting here for NOA2. My fiance will go seeking help from lawyer tomorrow. Wish us luck...

To Jessica&Carl : A visa applicant who has resided in the United Kingdom for 6 months or more since the age of 16, is required to obtain a police certificate from the Association of Chief Police Officers (ACPO). Further information is available from their website at http://www.acpo.police.uk/certificates.asp . This police certificate will serve to advise the U.S. Embassy, London whether or not any criminal conviction is held against him/her.

The police certificate will be sent to the applicant's address provided at the time of application. Please note that the Immigrant Visa Unit considers the police certificate valid for 12 months from the date of issuance, not six months as stated on the certificate.

or check out here http://www.acpo.police.uk/certificates.asp. Hope it helps

You should see if they will waive the petition fee, since you are having to refile from their error. Also, you should request an expedite, because of your previous filing and two previous approvals.

Hello Fellow October filers,

Thought I'd post since it's been a while. Everything is going fine. The 2 month delay has been passing by pretty quickly. We have both been keeping busy and of course talking daily. It sucks that we had to wait an extra 2 months but what's the point of being upset about something we can't change or have any control of.

On a positive note we find out the results next week. We are both excited. We're sure everything will be ok. Heidi leaves to manila next week and she is very excited. Once I find out when our interview is I'll post it. When Heidi was at the clinic she met a girl and her interview is this Wednesday. She said she'll let Heidi know once she’s done what her interview was like so we kind of have a heads up. That's about it. Good luck everybody and stay positive.
