Thank you. I know that it might just mean it was transferred from one desk to another, but to know it was touched feels good. I hope I get my NOA2 before my trip to Guatemala the 18th :S Im crossing my fingers for that NOA2. We will all get ours soon :) I can feel it.

Yeah, I hope it means it is moving from desk to desk. Your date is after mine for NOA1 so it may mean good things for my application as well. I am praying often that the adjudicators out in California will be in good health and able to get through lots of work quickly.

Thanks guys! I would keep checking the touches because it didnt show an approval until the next day. Im so excited. Now I have to get everything ready that I need to send my fiancé for his interview. I will be there for three weeks, and I want to start getting his stuff ready. Guatemala doesnt have a packet 3, so I am going to download everything online and have him fill it out. Then we are going to e-mail the embassy to send him all his stuff through e-mail because his snail mail is unreliable. I hope to have him here by March, or atleast April. Guatemala sets out interviews for a month and a half after receiving it :)

Macaroni, did your status go to "post decision activity" or to "Document production or Oath Ceremony"? I was just curious.

It went to "post decision activity." It said that on January 7, 2010 an approval notice was sent by mail for I-129f petition for fiancé(e).

Thanks Macaroni. I am even more excited that soon my petition will be approved. I want to see "post decision activity" when I log into the uscis site. I hope all of us will have our approvals soon.

Woo! I haven't gotten my NOA2, and I don't think I've gotten an official touch, but my status page on the USCIS website just went from saying its "Last Updated" date was 10/19/09 to 1/08/09! Nothing else seems to have changed. I wonder if that means the NOA2 will be soon! Aaaaah! :star:

Did you click on your WAC number? I did and that's where it showed up with the approval. If you signed up for e-mail and text message alerts, it will be sent there to. The text message doesn't say that you've been approved but that your case has been updated. Here's to hoping every October filed gets approved throughout January :)

I'm still on Initial Review and haven't gotten an email. I won't get a text since I'm in Britain with my phone off. Maybe it'll happen tomorrow, or the next business day, like in your case! It would be so nice to get approved before I fly away from my fiance for the last time, on January 10.

OOOH!!! Rito, your NOA1 is after mine too. I went to the portfolio and it was last updated on 10/19/09 with my NOA1 date of 10/15/09. I sure hope my box might be close at hand to some wonderful adjudicator that is spending Friday afternoon finishing up entering paperwork updates into the computer. :)
