Hello Vjer's, I just want to ask if its possible to attend seminar even you dont have interview yet? what are the thing they need so you can attend seminar? Thank you for your responce. Good luck to our Journey may the God be with us.

Yes, you can. :)

You can attend the Guidance and Counseling session first. It is offered by CFO, PRISM and SMEF-COW. I went to SMEF-COW in Katipunan (although I am from Parañaque City...this turned out to be the best choice), and was done in about 3 hours. After attending the Guidance session, they will issue you a blue certificate of attendance. (For K3 applicants that are getting a passport in their new married name, you can go to the CFO satellite office at the back of SMEF-COW to get the green certificate you need to present to DFA).

Documents: NSO documents, your passport, and information about your fiance/spouse are needed to fill up the forms. They will take a picture of you with a digital camera. Fee is Php 250.

You can come back when you have the visa so you can get the CFO Sticker.

Documents:

1.Original Passport;

2.Original and photocopy of visa;

3.Original and photocopy of Immigrant Data Summary for US bound;

4.Original CFO guidance and counseling certificate (the blue certificate);

5.Duly completed emigrant registration form (you can download this from the CFO website and fill it up in advance); and

6.Payment of the authorized registration fee (Php 400).

02-23-2018: Sent N-400 Application online

02-23-2018: Date on NOA, retrieved from online account

02-23-2018: Date on Biometrics Appointment Letter (Biometrics Appointment at Jacksonville ASC on March 13, 10:00 a.m.)

03-08-2018: Biometrics complete

04-05-2018: Case status updated - Interview Scheduled on May 10, 2018, 10:15 a.m. :D

05-10-2018: Citizenship Interview - Passed English and Civics Tests, Recommended for Approval! :D 

06-19-2018: Received email and text notification: Naturalization Ceremony Scheduled; waited for letter to be uploaded on online account - it has been set on Wednesday, July 25, 3:00 p.m.

07-25-2018: I am now a U.S. Citizen!

yes, it's possible to do the seminar even without having the interview yet..i had the seminar last June...my interview is in november 4...don't forget to go back to CFO for the sticker once you got the visa... :)
