OK I am starting to feel on like I am being teased with,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,

Touched on the 23rd of Sept. due to congressman I am sure..

Touched on the 10th of Oct due to address change...

Touched today but I dont know why........................................... how many times can they just touch it with giving a decision ? at least give us RFE or somthing.....

Tha congressman told me they CSA are doing background checks on me.... but i thought that happen at the NVC ... he told me NVC gives the visa numbers and makes sure thier is enough in quotas.... this whole process is unnerving.....

I am coming up on the 5th month in a few days.... CAN I still start calling and demanding a decision or since I have the congressman involved to I have to wait,,,

11/21/2008 CASE COMPLETE

01/16/2009 VISA IN HAND

You should feel lucky and blessed that they are touching your case. Mine hasn't been touched since May. :angry: Yup I'm more than just angry....well good luck to you and I'll keep you guys in my prayers...
