Sorry if I'm being obtuse, but did you guys get asked for a police clearance? And what did you guys get? A paper from the local police department or something from NBI? I heard from someone about the latter being the right one but I wanted to make sure it was. My interview is this Friday and I don't want to mess up on just a single piece of paper.

Thanks.

Police clearance is only needed if you had stayed out of Philippines for more than 6 months. You should get one in the country (outside PI) where you stayed or worked. But if you never fly outside PI since birth then all you need is NBI clearance.

I STAYED in Singapore for 12 days, Company Training, does it mean I need to get Police clearance there? Sorry guys I'm confused.

Absolutely no. It says at USEM site that it should be "6 months or more"

Quick question...Does the USEM even have records that someone has worked outside the country unless stated on the forms?

If your passport was stamped when you left PH / entered other country then left other country / entered PH then I guess the answer would be YES as they have your passport.

I see...my passport was renewed years ago and does not show the stamps from years ago when I worked outside the country.

I guess other than that I was just wondering if the USEM somehow kept a log of every country someone has visited or worked for, that seems kinda impossible.
