Hi Friends,

I wish you all good luck and prayer you all meet your loved one as soon as possible. This Category(LPR-husband/spouse is the toughest of all since wait period is too long.

Luckly i became USA citizen and have some hope now. I would recommend you all to stay tune with this website as i found this best of all.

Time line

04-06-2006 I130 filed for wife.

09-21-2009 Became USA citizen.

09-23-2009 Upgrade i130 via phone.

09-30-2009 Upgrade confirmation letter received.

130 Track:

Apr. 4. 2007: I-130 Sent/Submitted

Apr. 13. 2007: I-130 NOA1

Aug. 11. 2009: I-130 Approved

NVC Track:

Sep 16 2009: NVC Case # assigned

Mar 28 2010: DS3032 received via mail.

Mar 30 2010: DS3032 Entered into NVC sys

Apr 4 2010: AOS fee bill generated

Apr 5 2010: AOS paid online

Apr 6 2010: IV fee bill generated

Apr 13 2010: IV fee bill paid.

May 24 2010: I-864 sent

June 6 2010: DS-230 sent.

July 20 2010: Case complete at NVC

Sep 1 2010: Interview Appt Letter Received

Sep 13 2010: Medical done.

Oct 4 2010: Visa approved

Nov 2010: POE.

Nov 29: Got SSN

Dec 2010: Got Green card

I travelled to my home country for around 6 times each between 1-4 weeks.

Here my timeline

08-13-2004 -- Came to usa and got greencard

04-06-2006 I130 filed for wife.

05-12-2009 - N400 application send.

05-18-2009 - Confirmation letter received.

06-03-2009 - Finger print appointment letter

06-20-2009 - Finger Print commpleted(EliZabeth,NJ).

09-21-2009 Became USA citizen.

09-23-2009 Upgrade i130 via phone.

09-30-2009 Upgrade confirmation letter received

10/07/2009 contact USCIS for status

10/13/2009 got email :Your case is currently under review. You should receive a decision or notice of other action within 60 days of the date of this letter
