Dave and I were in one of those Aldi stores and they had ice cream from Italy...we bought two containers and omG they were soooo awesome! Never tasted owt like it before.

We went back, and they never had it again :cry:

I have never heard of any of these stores before... where are they?

I thought they were only European until I saw one in Minneapolis one day. It was being overrun though o.O Kinda scary.

In Belgium, they had the cheapest Liebfraumilch and other wine you could find. Oh, and piss beer in cans. Haha. Memories... :unsure:

My mistake.

That being said, if I were Michelle or the other party I sure as Hell wouldn't feel the need to prove anything to the people who treated me like that. You all will probably have to muddle thorugh without "photographic evidence" LOL

That would be fine and good, except it was Michelle herself who brought up the photos:

OMG....I love Aldi's!!

There are some weeks where I chose between gasoline or food. So I shop there.

My faves.....yogurt 33 cents.....pringles 89 cents.....cereals 1.69 or less....wheat bread 89 cents....sugar 1.88.

One time they had real irish bangors. No lie. 99 cents for like 12 of them. I bought 5 packages.

I love it.

We live right next door to an Ice Cream factory here on Kauai... very famous, and VERY expensive. We have yet to buy any ice cream from them!!

Called Lappert's Ice Cream... about $3.50 a scoop! :o They have Kona coffee too, but once again... overpriced. Meant for all the tourists who have more money than sense!!! :lol:
