nope! everything seemed fine... the initial paperwork was fine, no RFEs, the interview was totally painless, she asked us maybe two actual questions and it was obvious that we were earmarked for approval. i'm just worried that someone has f####d something up somewhere and we're going to have to start this whole process over

It's been 23 days since I did my biometrics and...nothing yet. 38 days since the AOS interview. I am also still waiting...

Saspk- you will probably see your GC in the mail next week!What a relief!

juliava: I hope you hear something soon too. I keep checking back to see if my friends here have made it through. I hope you are right and I receive the card before I leave. But i doubt that the cards get produced that quickly. Still I have 6 more days.

Don't over-stress yourself. Amongst the recent posters, I have suffered the longest and yet turned out fine. I am sure you,'ll be OK. Just keep yourself busy and dont be hanging out of the window like me for the mailman. I would have gone crazy, had it not been for my little devil baby who kept me busy the last two months. Praying for you both. Do keep me posted.

No news yet....My interview was on Sept 15, they sent me for biometrics on Sept 30th, because they were missing.

I was wondering...when is the best time to schedule an infopass appointment?

Schedule an INfopass. I would Schedule it 15 with a gap of 15 days each time. I don't buy the 30/60 day Rule. And I guess thats what expedited my case. Not to mention the Congressman and Senators office annoyed them on my behalf as well. I'll be flying out on the 30th. Will reach my country on the 1st. Hoping to hear something from you guys when I log on from there.

I didn't want to follow this route, but... I scheduled an infopass appointment and hopefully I will get some useful information. Seems like my background check takes forever!
