I'm about to send off my IV15-Check-list to London Embassy. Hopefully my interview date will swiftly follow. I have booked my Medical in for this month. I'm hoping this will work in my favour.

Fingers crossed. You'll have to let us know. I'm just waiting on the petition going through the NVC and being passed on to the embassy. How long did you have to wait between NOA2 and Packet 3?

Was booking the medical easy enough? Plenty of dates available?

*EDIT* Yes, I think all the forms need to go back to the embassy. They will produce the DS-230 for you to sign at your interview apparently. They certainly don't make it easy!

Send all of the forms back with the checklist. You will want to turn up at the embassy on interview day with your birth certificate, police certificate, and all the original supporting evidence (the originals of everything submitted to USCIS, plus all the more recent evidence.) Hope this helps!
