Some velour was stolen?

The velour sweatsuit has made a comeback. Some will stop at nothing to obtain the most stylish duds.

Wearing velour in public should be an offence punishable by death.

Add to the list:

(1) Backwards baseball cap worn by a male older than 14.

(2) Ed/Don Hardy anything (except perhaps shot glasses).

(3) Male bra made out of Fruit Roll-ups.

California: 'Stolen Valor' Arrest

By THE ASSOCIATED PRESS

Published: October 9, 2009

A man who brought attention to homeless veterans has been arrested in San Diego on a federal charge of lying about being a decorated veteran, the F.B.I. said. A judge last week issued an arrest warrant for the man, Richard G. Strandlof, 32, after he was charged under the Stolen Valor Act, which makes it illegal to make false claims of having military decorations. Investigators say Mr. Strandlof claimed he was a Marine captain named Rick Duncan who earned a Purple Heart and Silver Star in Iraq.

How do you know this guy is a liberal? Or is it something you just assume?

That's what I was wondering.

Morover I was wondering what difference his political persuasion would make.

Do your homework, its no secret that he is a lefty. Google.com ;)

The assumed association is totally bogus though. There are obviously Democrats who are cheats, liars, adulterers the full gamut, but it's not a product of Democratic ideology any more than being a closet homosexual or whatever is a product of being a conservative. There is no causation so this whole line of thinking is ridiculous. He's a fraud and has been caught. Great.

Stop with the linguistic gymnastics, pretending "certain types" are not drawn to certain political parties is laughable.

Not if this guy were charged with stock-piling guns-n-Ammo in an unsafe manner ..... chances are, he would NOT be a lib.

What if he's Victor Martinez or Jason Varitek, catchers for your beloved Red Sox?

They wear their ball caps backwards

OK, maybe not death. But they do deserve to be bitchslapped.

Wearing velour in public should be an offence punishable by death.

The same goes for bad puns that aren't funny.

Who pissed in your Cheerios this morning?

The question is how do they taste?
