On a G325 Does ur wife put her married name or her maiden name on the form? I think it shoudl be married name and maiden name in the "other names used box" box below. Am I right?

She should put whatever name she is going to use legally now that she is married. She can choose to keep her maiden name or take your last name now that she is married.

Previous names is where she would put any names she had if she was married previously and also for her maiden name.

Wait a sec, your post is confusing.

Are you already married? If so you cannot file for K-1. K-3 or CR-1 is what you need.

If your wife is divorced and legally uses a surname from her previous marriage then use that. Although, when you get to the consulate interview he/she may wonder why your fiancee is still using a surname from a previous marriage.

If you can clarify your situation a little I think you can get a better answer.
