I dont know where to find a guideline or chart of some sort. Im in the process of petitioning for my spouse. I dont have a lot of assets, besides a roughly $3-4k savings in the bank, but I have been employed for the same company for 5 years, making $45-47k annually for the past 3 years, do you think I would qualify based on those merits? or is another sponsor necessary?

According to my math - your $45-$47k annual income would be enough to qualify for a household size of 8 (less if Hawaii or Alaska). So unless your household is larger than that, you should be fine.

By household, im assuming people who are dependent on me right? If that's the case it would be just my wife. I do live with my family (Mom, Grandma) of course but they all have their respecting jobs and support their own.

yes, if you don't have them listed as dependents on your taxes you don't count them
