One of my friend told me about state in the US , she said there are51 states here, i really didn't know, n im waiting for interview, so if thats right so how about question like :\

what the star on the flag stand for?

thanks for reply who has experience n just got interview recently.

No, that is wrong. There are 50 states in the United States. The flag contains 50 stars - one for each state - and 13 stripes - one for each of the original 13 colonies that became the United States. If you are preparing for the Naturalization exam, both of those are questions that you may be asked. You need to pass a Civics test at the interview. They will ask you between 6 to 10 questions of which you must get 6 right. There are 100 possible questions they could ask. You can find all of the questions and the answers here in different languages and different ways of studying them: http://www.uscis.gov/portal/site/uscis/men...0004718190aRCRD . Select the language you want (it is better if you use English because the questions will be in English) and then study the questions.
