Question about NVC process

Hi Everyone!

Fiance got a notice through email that our case has been re-opened and reconsidered Sept.24, 2009. Received hard copy letter stating that we have been approved and papers were transferred to NVC.

What's our timeline that we will be notified if we already have a case number and that they have already received the papers that USCIS sent?

01/05/10 - Visa on Hand

01/16/10 - POE Seattle Tacoma airport, WA

02/03/10 - Received SSN

03/09/10 - 2nd year Anniversary

04/12/10 - AOS, EAD, AP Application Submitted

04/14/10 - USCIS received package(AOS application)

04/22/10 - got email notification receipt number

04/24/10 - Received hard copy I-797 notice of action (AOS, EAD, AP)

04/30/10 - Biometrics notice thru mail

05/11/10 - Biometrics Appointment

you should have him call nvc and see if they have it and what the case number is......normally does not take very long to reach nvc and congratulations :dance: :dance: :dance:

Congrats! u can call NVC and ask them if they have ur case already then ask for the Manila case number. Good luck guys! God Bless

I see that you got your NOA2 as well...Congrats!!! :dance:

April 4, 2009: K1 petition sent to VSC

April 7, 2009: Received by USCIS(VSC)

April 11, 2009: NOA1 hard copy received by my fiance through mail

August 24, 2009: Touched and it says that Petition for Alien Fiancee was approved dated August 23, 2009

August 25, 2009: Touched again

August 28, 2009: Received by NVC

August 29, 2009: NOA2 hardcopy received by my fiance through mail

September 1, 2009: Fiance called at NVC (Under Additional Processing)

October 01, 2009: NVC left(Praise the Lord!!)

October 15, 2009: Interview...VISA APPROVED!!!

October 21, 2009: Received text from Air21 that my Visa will be delivered soon

October 22, 2009: VISA RECEIVED!!!

GOD IS GOOD ALL THE TIME
