Hello All,

My wife and 2 step children got thyeir CR-1 visas on September 29th. I am flying back to escort them to Florida in 1 week.

We got the CFO stamp for my wife and step children. We have a 7 month old baby with CRBA and US Passport. We got an exit permit for the baby plus a Philippine passport.

Do we need any other documents to bring the kids ???

With the baby - how does it work using dual passports ??? Next June they will return to Philippines for a 2 month visit.

Thank you.

You won't have to pay the P200 travel tax for the USC child and you but will have to for moms and the 2 stepkids.

K1 denied, K3/K4, CR-1/CR-2, AOS, ROC, Adoption, US citizenship and dual citizenship

!! ALL PAU!

Your wife and step childern will need to pay a travel tax.

If your 7mo. old child has dual citizenship you did not need to pay a exit permit fee (child is dual). Your child is under 2 years of age so no travel tax. PI immigration at the airport will look at both passports and will exit stamp the 7mo olds PI passport. When the child is at the POE in the US customs will stamp the childs US passport.
