case transferred to California Service Center from Vermont

I wonder if people whose cases were transferred to California may get an RFE?

I read on Uscis website that <b>cases that are unlikely to require an interview</b> are transferred CSC which presumably implies that applicants dont have problems with the papers they attached...

Our case was also transferred to California (CSC). It seems to me that they can't interview us unless they transfer the case to New York. They won't ask us to fly to California for an interview. Therefore, only if there is some large and unexpected problem will they transfer our case to New York and interview us. Does anyone know what the processing time is for a marriage based AOS at CSC? I can't seem to find that. They only have the processing time for employment based AOS on the web.

And cash check 10/11/2013

Biometrisc appointment receive 10/18/2013

We worry why I did not receive RECEIPT NOTICE (NOA) extend 1 year visa until under review

But i checked online website follow Applycation number of Biometrics appointment , Case Status said :

Initial Review

On October 8, 2013, we received this CRI89 PETITION TO REMOVE CONDITIONS OF PERMANENT RESIDENT STATUS RECEIVED, and mailed you a notice describing how we will process your case. Please follow any instructions on this notice. You will be notified by mail when a decision is made, or if the office needs something from you. If you move while this case is pending, please use our Change of Address online tool to update your case with your new address or contact our customer service center at 1-800-375-5283.

They mailed Notice but now 10/21/2013 I still not receive Receipt Notice yet.

Please give me advise or someone same my case
