THE US EMBASSY IN HAITI SAYS THAT Two Nonimmigrant Visa Applications, Form DS-156 (A Form DS-156, prepared in duplicate.). i got a few questions your help would be appreciate.

1) what do they mean by duplicate in this case

do i need to print the same form two times.

or just click continue the form would come out as a duplicate

or just fill out two ds156 separetly and print them out.

If it (the form) doesn't already print out two copies - print it again.
