Specifically, the ladies of Iligan are the fairest of all Filipinas. Just look at their local beauty pagents on youtube and you will agree.

Yep, there are some beauties in Iligan. My friend was living in Santa Fiomena and there was a little Internet Cafe close to his house we used to go to and the girls that came there were just georgeous.
