well we finally did it!! thank GOD. it was a nightmare to be honest, the wait was long and the interview very short. but after all is said and done we got approved. 10 year greencard coming my way.

we got there around 8.30am because we wanted to be early, not knowing that we wouldnt be seen for another couple of hours, but our interview time was at 9.45am. unfortunately, 9.45am came and went, they were wayyyy behind and a lot of people were complaning... we waited over 4 hours until our name finally got called, around 12.30pm. our IO Mr. Laguda was a really nice man. he took us to his office and swore us in.

the interview didnt even last 10mins. he asked us only a small number of questions:

- where did you guys meet?

- date of birth?

- going over all the information on my I485 and all the terrorism, jail, and fraud questions.

- he asked for any joint billing and accounts that we wanted to submit.

- what my SSN was?

- he wanted to see our wedding album, he barely flicked through it.

he even asked us if we had any questions for him. after that, he took the I94 and wrote in my passport. he congratulated us and said that he had to copy some of our originals, type some stuff and he would see us in a couple of minutes. he just told us to wait in the waiting room. after 10 mins or so, he came back out, gave us our originals back and had our approval letter.
