Received Packet 3

I received packet 3 this morning. I have booked my medical in November. I have also filled out IV-15 & Check-list, it is now ready to be mailed. I need to get Evidence of Support documents from my spouse and my mother-in-law, as it's a joint sponsorship.

Should I proceed with send off the check-list prior to getting the sponsorship forms, to speed up the interview date?

As I'm apply for K3, does my Wife doesn't meet the poverty level on her own to support me. Will still need to provide bank statements (doesn't have one), W2's etc?

My mother-in-law, does meet the poverty requirements by allot, I assume she will need to fill out a form herself, providing bank details, employment letter, pay stubs, W2's. Will she need to mail all this to me, or can she scan in the documents?

okay i will try to help u as i can i was confused about sponser form which one to use(i-134 r i-864) and is my wife sent them to the immagiratin or for me but i had friend here helped me and told me about his exprince and told me that he fill i-134 for k3 and her wife sent him original not copies so u can call the embassy and aske they can accept copies by scaner but the original will be more better i hope i helped u with what i know and u can write ur exprinse too so every one can get help from ur exprince take care if u need any thing aske and i will try to help u
