Congratulations!! I've always wanted to be an Aunt (I've got a brother 6yrs older than me) but it looks like he and his wife don't plan on having kids :( He was a hellraiser so I think they're both afraid of having a child like him! :P

Congratulations, Melissa! I inherited 7 nieces and 4 nephews (one born in the last month) when I married Lai, in addition to the three nieces and nephew I already had. Love it when they call me "Uncle Scott" Now I have to get used to hearing the Cantonese for "uncle".... haven't learned it yet; they have a different term for each aunt and uncle, based on birth order

hehehe...yeah in India I am "mami" and Sujeet is "mama" but they also have many different names for aunt and uncle depending on who they are(and is basically true for all relative relationships). Hard to learn, but then when you say the word they know exactly who you mean. :)

Married since 9-18-04(All K1 visa & GC details in timeline.)

I know...

And in hindi my grandmother(my dad's side) is Dadi  , but it matters which side of the family. If I was talking about my grandfather (on my mom's side), he'd be Nana. Which is funny because we call our grandmother Nana. So she is grandpa in hindi. :P:wacko:

Peace to All creatures great and small............................................

But when we turn to the Hebrew literature, we do not find such jokes about the donkey. Rather the animal is known for its strength and its loyalty to its master (Genesis 49:14; Numbers 22:30).
