10/08/2009 Interview AOS Approved!

Interview was at 9am, got there at 8:20am and did not get called until 9:20am.

The IO was a white guy around 60s, during the interview he told us he retires in next year. I guess he has had lots experiences on marriage AOSs.

He started the interview with "how did you meet and when" and at the same he asked my passport and my wife's DL to make copies. After that he just went over our applications to make sure all of our informations are correct ( names, DOB, Address, SSN..) I brought 3 folders of documents with me, but never opened any of them. After that, we chatted for a while about China, school and how many kids we would like to have. Then he asked me if i knew what conditional GC is, I said yes. He stamped my passport and told me this is my temp card, the real card will be sent to my address in 2 weeks.

I was kinda surprised that he did not ask for any documents. First after I got in his office, he told me my applications were good at the first place.

CONGRATULATIONS! :) Im so happy for you guys. I just can't for my papers to be approved too. Well, I'm starting to get anxious. I just filed the applications last October 5, 2009.
