It arrived via regular mail at her house in central China (not the north of Beijing or the south of Guangzhou or the east of Shanghai) and it works fine. It is the second card on my Paypal account so good freaking riddance to Western Union and all the other money sucking transfer companies. Paypal is pretty much free so it sure is most economical considering the alternatives. AND IT WORKS IN CHINA!
