I think you should put the receipt date on the NOA1 Date spot because thats' what it says below..Check it out..

Ok, so I guess my NOA1 date should be 10/8/09 then, even though we didn't receive it in the mail until the 17th.....

*10/6/09 - sent I-751, priority mail and signature upon receipt....biting nails (when will NOA arrive?)

*10/8/09 - packet received at USCIS 10:22am

*11/5/09 - biometrics

*11/19/09 - email from USCIS stating approval!!!!!!

11/27/09 - Green card arrived in mail! wow, it's *over*!

3/15/12 - sent N-400 packet

3/21/12 - packet received at USCIS

5/8/12 - biometrics

6/14/12 - Interview Date!

6/14/2012 - Approved! Oath Ceremony completed!

I just received my Biometrics appt letter dated Oct 19/09. My appt is for Nov 2/09.

I wonder why I didn't get an appt letter for my children that are included on my petition. They are 8 year old twins. I did get a letter stating they were included on my petition...so??? anyone???

Oct 1/09 - I-751 package sent

Oct 3 - package delivered

Oct 5 - NOA mailed

Oct 13 - 1st NOA received and additional letters for my daughters I filed with. NOAs stated Resident Status

has been extended for 1 year and that we will be receiving a letter for an ASC appointment for

fingerprints, photo, and signature.

Dec 2009 - Received 10 year permanent resident card.

Feb 2010 - My children received their 10 year permanent resident cards.

Oct 2010 - My children were legally adopted by my USA Citizen husband.

To CSC or VSC?? I dont know where to put your name into...

Mine was an NOA from California and receive that Oct 13th... However, my 17 yr old son just got an NOA from Vermont in the snail mail today. Hoping that they are still keeping the files together and maybe I'll get something in the mail from Vermont in the next day or so...

June 3 - Mailed N-400, Application for Naturalization.

June 8 - Received email with Receipt Number.

June 11 - Biometrics appointment letter mailed out (June 30 at 1PM)

June 30 - Biometrics.

Just received my NOA today.

To CSC or VSC?? I dont know where to put your name into...

Mine was an NOA from California and receive that Oct 13th... However, my 17 yr old son just got an NOA from Vermont in the snail mail today. Hoping that they are still keeping the files together and maybe I'll get something in the mail from Vermont in the next day or so...

Also, my NOA from California is dated 10/07/2009...

Are they in the habit of changing Service Centers for Removal of Conditions? Eg: Where California is supposed to be the one I submit to based on the state I'm in, do they push some of the work to Vermont?

Hey Riza,

You may want to send it at least on the 25th... just to be safe. That's what I did, gave it a week more before finally sending it. My GC was expiring 11/26/07 and was supposed to file 08/27/09, but I thought heck, maybe I should give it a little bit allowance. :thumbs:

02/07/2011-USCIS online status update-

02/12/2011- Received Interview Letter Scheduled March 14

02/12/2011- Received Descheduled letter

02/17/2011- USCIS online Status update

02/22/2011-New IL arrived schedule for March 29

02/22/2011-Descheduled Letter Again ( 2nd Time)

02/23/2011- I called USCIS and I was told new schedule in the computer for March 22

02/23/2011-USCIS ONline update....

03/01/2011-Interview Letter for March 22 @ 7:15 AM

03/22/2011- Interview and Oath; US Citizen

Go for Monday sis... Since it's weekend, your package will be sitting at the post office if you will mail it today. At least on Monday, if you will mail it in the morning, it will be processed and sent to it's destination right away. :thumbs:

I'm still in awe and seems so surreal that I am done with ROC. Being a worrywart myself, I still could not relax till I got my GC in hand. :blush:

05/10/2011 - Case Status Notification - Interview scheduled

05/14/2011 - Interview Appointment Letter in the mail
