October filers

We just got a RFE, I am so mad!! We sent in everything we could think of. Here is a list - tax returns in both names for 2007 and 2008, health insurance and life insurance in both names, 2 car registrations in both names, notorized affidavits from 2 people regarding our relationship, proof of a joint bank account - checking and savings, holiday cards addressed to both, pictures from the past 2 years (a few from each season of each year), copy of my passport and license showing my name change, and an intinary of our upcoming vacation in 2/10 showing that we will both be going on a cruise together.
Our mortgage and our household bills are all in my name because they were all already established when my husband got here and I never really saw a need to change them. I would have done so if I thought we needed to but I thought we had plenty of evidence.

Anyone have any ideas of additional info to send them? Thanks in advance for your help!!

Can you provide the content of the RFE? Sometimes, they list specific items they are asking for.

Geez is this normal? I got my Bio taken in 11/10/09 and no touch ever since. Status still havent change . Should I be worry? I sent to VSC btw. Thanks

It seems like it, but you are close to hearing from them. Assuming your timeline is close to mine since my bio was 11/20).
