Once again, VSC is starting from the end of the month.

If you notice, the three approved individuals' NOA dates are 10/29 and 10/30

This is what happened in August and September - they got a few approvals at the end of the month, then they started to approve from different dates.

Thank You So much, I cant believe its here, no interview no request for additional info nothing, just done..........Now I can breath a big sigh of relief, and all the rest of Octobers filers know thiers is not far away...................Yipppeeee

:help: Help: There are serious concerns here: TROUBLE :unsure:

It appears that most applications receive a new type of Greed Card within 2 weeks after Biometrics.

We realized the the I-751 applications Removal the Conditions of a provisional Green Card to a Permanent Green Card (Ten Years) status. What troubles us is that there is nothing on the USCIS site when we type in the receipt number on this site to check the status/ progress of our application to remove conditions.

Problems: My silly wife pulled a JOKE on the Internet where she reported that her husband hit her six month child in the face with his fist, this event upset her to the point that she pick up her husband's hand gun to point at him to protect her child. Then, her husband laughed at her saying the gun was unloaded, so she ran through the house and tossed the gun in the back yard. First, I never have any unloaded guns. Secondly, no guns were in the house during this event. And, third, I would never strike a child in the face... Three days after this article, the local police and county welfare officer visited the husband at work and wife on an annomus tip... NO LAUGHING MATTER. I, the husband denied this event ever happened and invited to see our six month old son with no obvious bruises or marks on his face or body. My wife said it was a practical joke... But, she did admit spanking twice our six month old for wiggling when she tried to change his diapers. The officier and welfare worker asked me (husband) what was my reaction to wife spanking a less than six month old, my reply was that I yelled at my wife for hitting a small baby. Both the officer and County Welfare officer left our home with the belief that my wife was the BIGGEST LIAR in the city. Of course our social security numbers & data were taken to be reported on their data base . I was under investigation for months: I was innocent.

Would the above child abuse report be a problem for the application for Removal of Conditions (I-751)?

Why nothing on the www.uscis.gov site when inquiring on status with receipt number? :blink:

spanking a 6 month old baby cose he wiggelt when changing diaper ,??

or maybe she just needs to grow up a little her self ,

REFERRED to myself in third person to make easier to read.

Definitely, I do not tolerate child abuse either... But, police officer and social worker were equally upset at my wife laughing at their questions, their visiting her and laughing at her post on the Internet. The husband is always the target of any such investigation... One does not have to be guilty of anything to be charged with a CRIME: I was definitely not happy and worried that there could be other motives unknown to me.

Truthfully, I was expecting an Interview in our case. All my wife will tell me is that she wants to take a trip to the Philippines with our two children: boy (18 months) and girl (4 months) .... I am not in favor of her doing this! period.

Some people told us: "since you have children, the US-CIS would never deport a mother or nursing mother, as these children are called ...Anchor Babies...." I really question this mentality and my wife in no longer nursing.

My concern has been for the welfare of my children. Allowing my children to be transported overseas and my wife potentially being denied re-entry is a real concern for me.

Thanks for the REPLIES... I was not offended as I know most are wanting to help.

Thanks, you were correct. My wife lost the Biometric Appointment Notice: Lucky that I scanned it.

Initial Review "CR189" mean that biometrics were transferred to a local office.

On October 30, 2009, we received this CRI89 PETITION TO REMOVE CONDITIONS OF PERMANENT RESIDENT STATUS RECEIVED, and mailed you a notice describing how we will process your case. Please follow any instructions on this notice. You will be notified by mail when a decision is made, or if the office needs something from you. If you move while this case is pending, please use our Change of Address online tool to update your case with your new address or contact our customer service center at 1-800-375-5283.

During this step, USCIS initiates the background checks of the applicant/petitioner and identifies issues that may need to be addressed either during an interview or by asking the applicant/petitioner to submit additional information or documentation.
