Anyone have any info on the time between check cashed and NOA1?

Our timeline so far is:

CSC

Sent - 10/29

Received (signed for) - 10/30

check cashed - 11/3

We made Christmas plans for Canada, his GC expires this month, but I'm /assuming/ (I know, I know) we'll get the NOA1 before then...

so far VSC received on 10/29 and check cashed on 11/02.

When will I be able to check my status online at USCIS website ? \

ours were at CSC.

sent to CSC 10/26/09

received by CSC 10/27/09

check cashed 10/30/09

NOA/extension letter arrived in our mail box 10/31/09

date of NOA 10/27/09

you can only check your status online as soon as you receive your biometric appointment letter.

that is where will your other case number be.

i got this info on our NOA 1. its written there when we can check our status online.

i guess we will have a different case number on our NOA 1 and on our biometric letter.

Hi guys

I am out of the country right now and I am waiting for my biometrics appointment. I expect my lawyer to scan that letter for me as soon as he receive it. so i can book my flight and actually return on time for the appointment.

please keep updating your info. It give me a clear understanding on how fast immigration service is processing our cases!

Hi, Just to update I recieved my letter for biometrics today my appointment is in the Bronx on 11/19/09 so could someone update please?, I tried but cant seem to get it right.

I did not recieve appointments for my children this time ( well so far anyway ) will they get appointments? they are almost 9 and 16.

I don't know, but it looks like I will be finding out the hard way... USCIS cashed our check on 11-3!
