Tara I know it is hard words on any day but especially today. Sounds like a canned response so try not to think of it too much. Keep your chin up and hopefully you will have the NOA 2 soon.

Hi Tara,

Because it states that your process might take 60 day’s, that does not have to be the case. You could get your NOA2 tomorrow or in a month. I know it sucks to wait!

Just remember that the Service Centres ALWAYS give the worst-case scenario so that you don't write them back too often. If they're saying 60 days, then that is the longest it will take, but most likely, not the actual time it will take.

Hope you get your NOA2 shortly.

chin up. think positive. they say that it's active. they prolly say 60 days so when you get approval sooner than that, you are happy. rather than them saying say, 2 weeks and they don't get finished and you lose more hair.

Well the second email i got was THE SAME, only it sd 45 DAYS! So 2 emails in ONE HOUR, different time frames. But i agree they say that so we dont email them right back with "well have you finished it yet? huh huh huh?"

And its not just my hair ripping is my main prob, its im so hoping my fiance is here before our sons one year birthday, and im not trying to say i should be a priority because of that, its just wishful thinking.

Hang in there! You are definitely in the window now. The CSC is definitely processing petitions received in Nov. According to timelines of three other VJ members, they were recently approved with NOA1 dates of Nov 14, 16, & 18!

So should be getting close!

Although it's no consolation, you'll simply have to wait and you'll get your NOA2 when you get it! There's no date or timeline, some people get it quickly, some slowly because of AR and things like that, so the best thing for you to do is just wait and pray that everything will go well! Assuming your package is all correct, etc, I would think you could get an approval somewhat soon. Good luck on being patient!!

You guys are truely GREAT! Thank you all for the support and kind words. And im trying my hardest to be patient. My biggest weakeness in life is i have NO patience, so this last 98 days has been one heck of a road for me, and practicing something i had never practiced before. Yes all of my papers are in perfect order, tabbed and labeled and all the evidence my hearts content could send.

All I know is before talking to you vj members i was a complete mess, im more at peace since joining VJ.
